The Pentek GDA-7505-20BB 20" Big Blue Filter Cartridge is part of the GDA series made with a 100% polypropylene filter media that resists chemicals. The gradient layers of this Big Blue Filter gives superior purity without compromising taste, odor and color. This Pentek cartridge filter is also known as part number 555474-43. The two layers of this Pentek 20" Big Blue Filter holds up to three times more dirt than the standard spun polypropylene, string-wound and pleated cartridges.

The larger outer pre-filter of the Pentek GD-7505-20BB 20" Cartridge reduces partial load to the inner post filter and eliminates the need for multiple housing filtration canisters. This filtration process allows the filter cartridge to operate at a higher flow rate with a lower pressure drop. For softener and automatic filtration systems, the Pentek 20" Big Blue GDA-7505-20BB Filter Cartridge reduces sediment as a pre-filter.
