Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return or exchange. No returns accepted after this period.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns when:

  • System is unused with media in original packaging (full refund)
  • System is used but undamaged (50% restocking fee applies)

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Used/installed filters
  • Custom/special-order systems

Shipping Policy

  • You cover return shipping costs
  • Exceptions: Our errors or manufacturer defects
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For items over $75: Use tracked/insured shipping
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email notification within 2 business days
  2. The email will confirm we've received your returned item
  3. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed immediately
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Defective Items & Exchanges

Before returning any items:

  1. You must contact us first at support@ifilters.com
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Photos/video clearly showing the defect
    • Detailed description of the issue
  3. Do not ship anything without:
    • Our written authorization
    • Specific return instructions from our team

Important Notice:

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused at the receiving center
  • We only replace items confirmed as defective by our inspection team
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within the 30-day return window
